What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard models start at 60 units per model. Fully custom designs can start from 8 units depending on complexity. Sample orders of 1–5 units are always available.

How long does sampling and production take?

Samples: 30–60 days depending on complexity. Mass production: 60–100 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order volume and season.

What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?

OEM: you provide the design and specifications, we manufacture to them. ODM: you bring a concept or market target, and our R&D team designs the instrument for you — including exclusive body shapes protected by NDA.

Which payment terms do you accept?

Typically 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. We also accept L/C at sight for orders over USD 50,000, and our Alibaba store page.

Can we visit the factory or arrange third-party inspection?

Absolutely. We host buyer visits year-round in Guizhou Zhengan and welcome your own QC team at any production stage.

Which certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, FSC chain-of-custody for certified tonewoods, CE/RoHS for electronics, and CITES compliance documentation for rosewood species.

How do you protect our brand and designs?

We sign NDAs before any drawing exchange, and never list or sell your custom designs to other buyers.

Which shipping terms and ports do you support?

FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP to major markets. Sea freight via Nansha and shekou port, air freight via Baiyun International, and rail to Europe.
