OEM / ODM capabilitie

Thirteen capabilities — your brand on the headstock

From the first sketch to a container at your port, every stage of custom guitar manufacturing lives under our roof. Here is the full scope of what we build for international guitar brands, distributors and manufacturers evaluating an OEM/ODM partner.

OEM or ODM — meet us wherever you are

OEM — your design, our factory

ODM — your concept, our R&D

You provide drawings, specifications or reference samples. We manufacture exactly to them — your body shapes, your dimensions, your branding. Ideal for established brands with defined product lines.

You bring a market target or concept; our design studio develops the instrument — body shapes, voicing, electronics, ergonomics — and hands you a production-ready, exclusive design. Ideal for new brands and retailers launching private labels.

Custom Guitar Development

Specification Customization

Material Selection

Full instrument development from concept to production-ready program. Our R&D studio turns sketches, reference samples or market briefs into CAD models, CNC programs and golden samples — the foundation of both our OEM and ODM services.

Every dimension is a decision you own. Scale length, fret count, nut width, string spacing, body depth, neck joint, hardware — all specified to your market and locked into a signed specification sheet before any wood is cut.

Seasoned tonewoods from our climate-controlled warehouse, graded per order. Choose solid or laminated tops, back & sides woods, neck materials and fingerboard species.

  • Concept-to-CAD design studio

  • Reference-sample reverse engineering

  • Prototype CNC programs in 15–20 days

Custom Neck Profiles

Custom Colors &
Finishes

Reproduce classic silhouettes or develop entirely original body shapes. Our CNC tooling handles dreadnought, OM, offset, headless and bespoke contours — with exclusive tooling registered to your account under NDA.

Neck carve is where playability lives. Specify any profile — slim C, soft V, chunky U, asymmetrical — and we cut it to micron repeatability across the full production run.

A full finishing department for high-gloss, satin, open-pore, sunburst, metallic and hand-rubbed finishes — all Pantone-matched to your brand palette. UV-cured lines keep lead times tight without compromising depth.

  • Classic ST, TL, LP, SG & offset bodies

  • Original body shapes with exclusivity

  • Chambered & semi-hollow routing

  • Exclusive tooling registered to your brand

  • C, V, U & asymmetrical profiles

  • Custom nut width & fretboard radius
